The presentation to the Bristol Permaculture Group design course is happening tonight, so here are a few quick thoughts.  We haven’t actually got to the stage of producing a work schedule for the coming year, but all the other stuff has been done, so producing a schedule should be relatively easy, if a little time consuming.

With regard to propagation, we just need to go through the herbs one by one and chart them on a calendar. For preparing the beds, it would be useful to go through the herb table and note any specific soil requirements, so we can decide whether or not to try and change the soil characteristics of any particular bed to suit a particular plant.

The tasks involved in applying the physical design to the layout of the site have been listed on the web page, and these just need scheduling.  Sundays in February and March are generally free, so if anyone’s willing to come along and help get started, lets pick a few days. It would be great if we could sort this out tonight.

Finally, as a reminder, we’re meeting at the Thali cafe on St Mark’s Road at 5.45 this evening. I have put some of Kumi’s pictures onto a powerpoint, and have saved the webpage as an internet explorer document, so we’ll be able to use these with James’ projector.

See you all later
